Violinist Liana Branscome is a multidimensional soloist and chamber musician concertizing across the United States. She has performed solo and chamber concerts in venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Merkin Hall, Van Cliburn Hall and the Newport Music Festival and has served as Artist in Residence at the Heifetz Institute, the Windwood Music Festival and Auras Nunes Aula de Cámara in Santiago, Spain. Liana is the prize-winner of several competitions including the Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota Competition, Boca Raton Symphonia Concerto Competiton, Ars Flores Symphony Competition and the New World Symphony Young Artist Competition. She has appeared as soloist with orchestras such as the Vidin Philharmonic in Bulgaria, the Ars Flores Symphony Orchestra, the Palm Beach Atlantic Symphony and the Treasure Coast Youth Symphony. In 2025, Liana was named the Artistic and Executive Director of Concierto Stringendo, a new concert series designed to bring world-class artists and educators to the South Florida community.

Liana has appeared in chamber performances alongside artists such as Time for Three, David Krakauer, Vijay Gupta, Victor Rosenbaum, the Ariel Quartet, the Harlem Quartet, Nicholas Kitchen, and Ed Sheeran. Liana served as guest artist at the Amelia Island Christopher Rex Music String Seminar, the Texas Chamber Music Institute and the Highlands-Cashiers Chamber Music Festival. As part of the Rose Quartet, she partnered with Music For All Seasons for the 2023-2024 season, an organization that focuses on bringing music to underserved communities in New Jersey.

Liana received her Bachelor of Music from the New England Conservatory and her Master of Music from the University of Southern California and has studied under teachers such as Glenn Dicterow, Paul Biss, Lucy Chapman, David Cerone, Linda Cerone and Patrick Clifford.

Liana was on faculty at the Stringendo School for Strings at the Palm Beach Atlantic University and has presented numerous masterclasses and recitals at schools throughout the US. Liana held the Rev. Chris and Paula Gray Chair in the Venice Symphony in Venice, Florida for their 22-23 season and is a regular artist at The Orchestra San Antonio.

As an actor, Liana has performed lead roles in stage productions of works by Bertolt Brecht and Ferdinand Bruckner.
